Suresh Nair, ( MBA & Post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management) – PRINCIPAL
Suresh Nair is the founder of Abacus. In addition to the staffing industry experience as the Head of a HR Consulting firm for almost six years, Nair`s background includes considerable experience in a British Multinational firm, dealing with all corporate and Manufacturing industries of Rajasthan & Gujarat, in India . His professional experience has been instrumental in various fields such as recruitments of specialized people in various segments like Sales & marketing, Administrative people, accounting and finance, other Professional & Technical people, other fields which were facilitated by him were project management & implementation, and business development.
Prior to founding Abacus, Nair was the Managing Director of a Consulting Firm, at Jaipur, opened in 1997 , the firm Facilitated Recruitments & Placements mainly, he created staffing solutions and services for Global 2000 companies. As the Head of the management Team, Nair spearheaded the company`s strategic direction, including business & system development, sales and marketing, accounting and finance, operations and client service. The company under Nair’s leadership gained its first recognition of its kind from the reputed Group “ Business India Magazine” who recognized the firm within the third year of performance, as one of the top 80 best performing placement agencies / Consultants from India and had been highlighting the same since last three years regularly in their Annual placement consultant special magazines. ( Looking after Industrial / Institutional / Corporate Sales & Administrative functions ). Nair dealt with the top most companies of the world and India. The Major Assigments at ABACUS dealt are :

Prior to above experience, Nair worked at Avery’s a British Multi-National company initially started as W & T, Avery ( Wilmar & Taylor , Avery )Birmingham , England in collaboration with General Electric Group Company ( G. E , USA) which started its operations in india in 1911 having 34 Area Offices , 27 service Depots, 120 approx. Resident Engineers in India with ISO 9001 & 14001 Certification for almost a period of five years in the area of Business & systems development in strategic Planning group in the specialized area of multinational and National corporations, this was the initial platform where all the corporate connections and relations were understood & built. A Rajasthan university graduate, Nair also developed expertise in human resources and strategic staffing while serving as an independent management consultant.
Nair has his Management Degree in Business administration (M.B.A) from the R.A Poddar institute of Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management( PGDPM) from University of Rajas than –Having done his High School from Saint Xavier’s Jaipur, he finished his Masters in commerce (M.com) as well, from the same University.

Our recruiters have specialized knowledge & experience who have either worked in public or private firms in various segments and have deep ties into public and private networks.
